Project 1
The client had been letting this 2-bedroom terraced property in Irvine for 2 years but had latterly decided to put it up for sale. A budget of £1000 was agreed for a general home makeover. The project involved shampooing carpets, painting walls and ceilings, replacing window dressings, general accessorising and utilising the furniture that was there to best effect.
Project 2
A 5-bedroom/4 public detached family home in Strathaven requiring extensive de-cluttering and a lot of elbow grease! Stage It Right! was called in after the homeowner grew nervous about the length of time it was taking for the property to sell. After just 1 week, this beautiful home's full potential was unveiled. And one week later? A sale subject to missives being exchanged! Result......
Project 3
A new flat in Paisley where a 12 month tenancy had just expired and where the client's budget was extremely tight! The client was not too sure whether to let out his property again or sell it, but upon seeing the MAKEOVER for himself decided to invite agents around to offer an opinion on likely sale values. The feedback and reaction from agents was so good that he decided to put his flat up for sale immediately.
